High Arch Feet

High Arch Feet are characterized by a high arch along the foot which can be seen when standing. High arches put more strain on the ligaments in the feet and can cause abnormal foot biomechanics that can lead to common overuse injuries such as plantar fasciitis or tendonitis.

High Arched feet need extra cushioning, improved body alignment, and support from well-cushioned and fitting shoes, orthotics, and other aids to help reduce these issues.

Although High Arched feet have their own set of challenges, with supportive shoes, insoles, and other therapies it is possible for people with High Arched Feet to alleviate any pain experienced during activity or a more hectic lifestyle.
