What could be causing persistent pain in my feet or ankles?

Should I be concerned with changes in the nails or skin on my feet?

Why do I have severe cracking, scaling, and peeling on my heel and foot?

Thick, dry, scaly skin and cracks can be more likely as you get older. Athlete’s foot, psoriasis, eczema, thyroid disease, diabetes, and some other skin conditions can cause cracked heels.

From the moment I called them the staff was very professional and accommodating. I knew what to expect going into the appointment and they prepared me for filling out the necessary paperwork. Dr. Gibson was extremely knowledgeable and spoke to me in a way I could understand what was going on and what our next steps were going to be. They kept on schedule with the appointment time and I left feeling like I'm finally getting some answers and hopefully will soon get some relief from my foot pain. Absolutely will recommend to any family and friends!

Absolutely amazing experience. I had a same day appointment for toe/foot pain. Not only did they fit me in, everyone was very kind and welcoming. I felt very informed during every step of the assessment, I was able to ask questions, and I felt like I was listened to the entire time. Every recommendation was explained, with no pressure to get any products or further services. It was genuinely an experience that was perfect. I saw Dr Samantha Gibson for a Chronic foot problem and to get my nails looked at and cut. She was very professional and listened to everything I said and explained everything. She changed a couple of med's explained what I was taking wasn't very effective. The Pharmacist I picked my meds up agreed. Turns out I had a broken toe which she explained on the X-ray. Am I going back? Absolutely. All the staff was very professional. And oh yeah she's board certified
